John "Jack" Keilt - President and CEO As of January 21, 2008 Mr. Keilt is President and CEO of H-1 Auto Care, LLC. Prior to this, Mr. Keilt was CEO of Franchise Venture Associates, LLC and remains as a non-operating Director. Franchise Venture Associates, LLC (FVA) provides consulting, sales, and development assistance to small franchise companies seeking to expand and reach critical mass. On March 4, 2001 Jack and two partners purchased the master development rights to Fantastic Sams for the New England Region. Jack was Managing Director. Over the next two years 42 units were sold and either opened or were under development. On August 5, 2003, Jack and his partners purchased Fantastic Sams national company. Jack served as the President and CEO of Fantastic Sams International and its three operating subsidiaries until founding FVA. Fantastic Sams has over 1,400 salons, system revenues of over $330 million per year, and is the 55th largest franchise company in the world. Jack Keilt has over 33 years in the franchise industry with extensive experience in domestic, international and Master Licensing. As a Corporate Vice President for Ralston Purina, working in the Foodmaker Division he developed the initial franchise program for Jack-In-The-Box. He also held other V.P. level positions with Bojangles (COO position), Dryclean USA, and served as Director of Development for Burger King. A graduate of Penn State University, Mr. Keilt attended graduate school at CCNY – Bernard Baruch School. Mr. Keilt is currently on the International Franchise Association (IFA), Franchise Relations Committee and has served in the past on the IFA International Affairs Committee. Mr. Keilt served two years as Chairman for the IFA’s Franchise Business Network in Boston, MA (www.nefranchise.org). |

Gary Messer - Chairman Mr. Messer has been the H-1 Auto Care, LLC Chairman since June 2007. From August 1999 to April 2007, he was the President of Gustib, Inc. dba ACE America’s Cash Express Financial Business located in Kingman, Arizona. From 2001 to the present, he is the President of Arizona Auto Lenders Auto Financing located in Kingman, Arizona. | |

Lisa Messer - Secretary Mrs. Messer has been our Secretary since June 2007. From August 1999 to April 2007, she was the Secretary and Treasurer of Gustib, Inc. dba ACE America's Cash Express a retail financial business located in Kingman, Arizona. From 2001 to the present, she has served as Secretary and Treasurer of Arizona Auto Lenders, Inc. located in Kingman, Arizona. |

Rissy Sutherland - Senior Vice President Operations Ms. Sutherland is Senior Vice President of Operations for H-1 Auto Care, LLC and has served in this position since April, 2008. Ms. Sutherland has spent her entire career in the automotive industry. She learned and worked in every position inside of her family's shops for over 10 years. She received both her Bachelor of Science and Masters in Human Resources and Training degrees from Clemson University in South Carolina. Ms. Sutherland has extensive automotive franchise operations and training experience having served as Director of Training and Vice President of Operations and Training for Moran Industries, Inc. with responsibilities for over 200 repair facilities. |

Tim McCarthy - Vice President Franchise Development Tim McCarthy comes to H-1 Auto Care, LLC with over 20 years of experience in specialty retail and franchise development. Tim's past experience includes tenures with some of the most reputable brands in the domestic US market, including Coldstone Creamery, Nordic Track, Natural Wonders, Mailboxes, Etc. through its transition to The UPS Store and most recently NexCen's franchise management division. While at Coldstone Creamery, Tim awarded a record 286 franchises breaking the century mark in 2004 with 108 franchises sold. He was instrumental in the development of the company's transfer and renewal program. Tim and his team also achieved success in 2000 earning the "Domestic Franchise Sales Champion" award while with The UPS Store. Tim served as Vice President of Franchise Development for The Sandstrom ONTV Company where he took a start up concept and built a marketable brand positioned to expand. Tim has been featured in several industry related national publications for his insight, knowledge, and expertise in franchise development. |

Monte Tyson - Director Projects and Planning Mr. Tyson has been our Director of Projects and Planning since January 2008. From July 2007 to January 2008, he served as our Vice President of Franchise Operations. From 1994 to 1997, he worked for Findlay Automotive Group in Kingman, Arizona as a Service Manager. From 1997 to 2003, he was with EDS Automotive Retail Group as an Account Executive managing large multi-state territories. From 2003 to 2004, he was Western Regional Sales Manager with DNS Consulting, Inc. located in Charlotte, North Carolina. From September 2004 to June 2007, Mr. Tyson served as Director of Operations for ACE Cash Express and Arizona Auto Lenders in Kingman Arizona. |
